“Sky is the limit for Education, Learning process never ends,” The academy organizes CDE programmes for each dental specialty every month , inviting renowned guest speakers along with the host speakers, attended by staff and students of all the dental colleges in Bangalore. Regular National level conferences, symposiums, work shops and seminars are conducted as a part of continuing education programme.

INFRASTRUCTURE
The institution functions with separate departments for all the subjects with the best possible practical/lab/clinical sections. The most advanced digital X-ray systems and diagnostic aids, dental soft wares, the latest restorative equipments and, materials, keep the students in lieu with the rapidly progressing dental sciences.

IMPLANTOLOGY
Department of Implantology is a mega project involving the Departments of Prosthodontics, Periodontics, Oral and Maxillofacial surgery and Oral medicine and Radiology. Apart from Dental implant treatment, Certified Implantology courses are also conducted.

OUT-REACH CLINICS
The department of Preventive and community dentistry co-ordinates with many of the Out-reach clinics to cater the needs of the rural population, one being the Kaiwara Peripheral Dental Health Care Center. A satellite station at Mohan Kumar Nagar cater to the needs of urban slum population. Regular Dental Camps are conducted in Central Jail and in various parts of the city in association with non-governmental organizations.

One of the best Dental labs in Bangalore with excellent technical staff, it is renowned among the clinicians in and Bangalore for the quality Crown and Bridge work delivered.

LIBRARY
The library with a seating capacity of 160 is an ocean of 4800 books with newer publications and editions added every year, 62 National and International journals available for the undergraduate, Post-graduate and the staff with separate sections. E-Library , computers and multimedia facilities enable scientific presentations, seminars and publications.

AUDIO - VISUAL SECTION
Video cassettes and CDs form a virtual demonstration room enhancing the learning process of students.

PHOTOGRAPHY
A well equipped photography section helps in documentation of rare clinical cases for presentations and publications.

AUDITORIUM
An excellent Auditorium with a seating capacity of 400 makes it possible to host academic programmes as well as the grand cultural events of the college.
